Key
Qualifications:
- Current and valid Ohio Special Education Teaching Certification (SPED)
- Proven experience or strong interest in working with students across K-12 grade levels
- Solid understanding of IEP processes, instructional accommodations, and behavioral interventions
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Flexibility and adaptability in meeting the needs of a dynamic student population
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, differentiated instruction tailored to individual learning styles and IEP goals
- Develop, implement, and monitor student IEPs, collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams
- Provide direct and consultative services in both individual and small group settings
- Track student progress and maintain thorough, compliant documentation
- Foster a positive, inclusive environment that encourages student independence and confidence
- Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and ongoing school initiatives
This full-time contract position offers approximately 37.5 hours across five days per week, located in the vibrant Cincinnati, Ohio area.
