As a Resource Teacher, you will work alongside our Lead and Assistant Teachers to create engaging learning experiences, support classroom success, and help provide a safe, nurturing environment where children thrive. • Support Lead and Assistant Teachers in implementing engaging lesson plans and classroom activities.
• Provide flexible classroom coverage and assistance throughout the school.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain classroom materials and learning centers.
• Ensure the safety, well-being, and supervision of children both indoors and outdoors.
• Foster a warm, inclusive, and positive learning environment for all children.
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and fellow educators.
• Communicate professionally with parents regarding classroom activities and children's progress.
• Maintain clean, organized classrooms that meet all health and safety standards.
• Assist with daily routines and caregiving responsibilities to support children's growth and development.

• High school diploma required.
• Experience working with young children preferred.
• Demonstrates patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for early childhood education.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with children, families, and team members.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds in connection with the care and supervision of children.
• Must meet all state licensing requirements.
