$70,000.00/hr – $90,000.00/hr

• Provide technical support to customers for material handling systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with PLCs and other control systems.
• Develop and maintain documentation for control systems, including wiring diagrams, schematics, and programming documentation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify and resolve issues.
• Provide training to customers on the operation and maintenance of control systems.
• Assist with the commissioning of new material handling systems.
• Participate in an on‑call rotation for after‑hours support.
• Record activities in a ticket management system for customer and internal visibility.
• Answer hotline calls to provide top‑tier customer service to end users.
• Occasional reactive support travel (generally 1–2 day trips).

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Systems Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with 3‑Phase power and electrical circuits.
• 3+ years of experience in PLC programming and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Allen‑Bradley, Siemens, or similar PLC platforms.
• Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time for customer support and commissioning activities.

• Experience with material handling systems or other industrial automation equipment.
• Knowledge of HMI programming and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Ethernet/IP and other industrial communication protocols.
