RF Staff Engineer

Compensation: $130,000 - $150,000 per year |

Provide technical leadership to develop, integrate, and support RF products across their lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business and technical goals. Guide cross‑functional teams to drive product success.

• Collaborate with engineering, program management, and functional teams to meet organizational goals and KPIs.
• Lead product development efforts, ensuring technical and business alignment.
• Define product roadmaps and support business development by proposing innovative solutions.
• Prioritize customer needs and guide opportunity introduction and program direction.
• Design high‑performance RF products focusing on low loss, high linearity, EMI/EMC, and reliability.
• Oversee product design through the lifecycle to meet cost, size, weight, power, and manufacturability goals.
• Mentor junior engineers and support their technical development.
• Develop performance validation and production test processes to ensure designs meet specifications.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers to ensure product success.

• Expertise in RF system integration and testing at circuit, module, and system levels.
• Proficiency in AWR Microwave Office or similar RF simulation tools.
• Strong project leadership experience, with the ability to influence key decisions.
• Experience with military standards and specifications is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills, both internal and external, particularly with customers.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally in a multi‑disciplinary team environment.

• Must be a U.S. person (U.S. citizen or permanent resident).
• BSEE (Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering) with 7‑10 years of experience, or MSEE (Master of Science in Electrical Engineering) with 5‑8 years of experience.
• Experience with AWR Microwave Office or similar tools is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with military standards and electro‑mechanical designs is highly desirable.
• Moderate noise level in office and laboratory settings.
• ESD and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required in sensitive lab or restricted manufacturing areas.

• Standard Monday to Friday, 8‑hour days
• 9‑hour days with alternate Fridays off
• 9‑hour days with every Friday half‑day
• 10‑hour days with every Friday off
