Facilities Engineer III - Cleanroom Design

Position Summary & Responsibilities

• Provides Facilities support on Capital Projects..
• Understands and follows site specifications for all projects.
• Participates in new equipment design specification.
• Ensures good engineering and documentation practices are used during job activities.
• Conducts troubleshooting activities to support Facilities utilities and systems.
• Gather, organize, and communicate operational information to others.
• Leads and coordinates investigations and studies.
• Uses CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to manage logistics.
• Identifies temporary and permanent fixes to address issues.
• Initiates appropriate actions when process deviations occur.
• Manages and owns change controls, corrective actions, impact assessments, change control action items, deviations, and periodic reviews.
• Monitors records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Coordinates with representatives from other departments.
• Attends team meetings to discuss progress, initiatives, and/or other matters.
• Monitors equipment and/or systems for performance and problem indicators.
• Performs data entry.
• Reads, understands, and complies with cGMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), including general safety, lock outs, and so on.
• Maintains equipment and systems along with their certification records.
• Supports Facilities utilities and systems for issues or utilities improvements.
• Answers compliance and process questions from others.
• Communicates policies and procedures to employees.
• Establishes visual tracking and other tools to enhance audit readiness and trend analysis.
• Leads process improvement activities and teams to meet strategic goals.

• Experience supporting facilities engineering in a GMP environment
• Prior experience in Maintenance or Technical Documentation
• Strong Interpersonal Skills, Self-Motivated
• Strong Organizational Skills
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal skills

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering
• 5-7 Years Engineering experience in GMP environment.

Work Schedule:

8 hours, Monday – Friday. The Company reserves the right to modify work schedules at any time, with or without notice, based on business needs, operational requirements, or other considerations. Nothing in this description creates a guarantee of specific hours, days, or shift assignments.

Our target base pay hiring range for this position is $75,000.00 - $ per year. Actual base pay is dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s geographical location, relevant experience, qualifications, skills and knowledge.
