Key Responsibilities

• Product Design & Development
• Collaborate with industrial designers and marketing teams to align design with brand identity
• Optimize product ergonomics, usability, and manufacturability
• Specification Management
• Define & document product specifications including weight, dimensions, materials, & tolerances.
• Maintain specification databases and version control
• Testing & Validation
• Conduct physical tests for weight, dimensions, drop resistance, compression, and environmental durability
• Analyze test results and recommend design changes
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., ASTM, ISO)
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work with sourcing, packaging, and quality assurance teams
• Support supplier qualification and production ramp-up
• Participate in design reviews and risk assessments

Requirements

• Experience:
  
  1-2 years in CPG product development or related field.
• Qualification:
  
  Bachelor's in mechanical engineering, Industrial Design, or related field.
• Skills:
  
  Measurement tools, testing rigs. Ability to interpret test data and optimize product performance. Strong written and verbal skills for documentation and team collaboration.

Benefits

$40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

After 12 months of joining and when meet all eligibility criteria.

Employees can start using vacation days after 90 days from joining. 40 hours (1 week):
Vacation days will be earned based on pro rata basis effective upon joining.
