Responsibilities
- Providing technical expertise and supporting building enclosure staff within the region.
- Overseeing projects.
- Performing technical report reviews.
- Preparing and reviewing proposals.
- Business development and assisting other staff in marketing services by maintaining and developing client interactions.
- Leading and coaching junior staff members.
- Performing responsibilities at the regional level.
- BS or MS in Civil Engineering, Architecture (NCARB), Structural Engineering, or Architectural Engineering preferred.
- Licensed or certified as at least one of the following:
- Professional Engineer (P.E.)
- Registered Architect (R.A.)
- International Institute of Building Enclosure Consultants (IIBEC) offered RRC, RWC, REWC, RBEC, CBECxP
- University of Wisconsin‑Madison offered BECxP and CxA+BE
- 12+ years of relevant professional related experience.
- Candidates must hold senior reviewer or similar designation from a competitor firm.
