Games Attendant

At Main Event, our Games Attendants are at the center of the action on our games floor!

• Monitor activities such as Laser Tag, Mini Golf, Gravity Ropes, Escape Rooms, Gel Blasters, and Rock Climbing to ensure they are stocked, clean, and safe.
• Create memorable experiences by providing exceptional guest service.
• Ensure games and the Winner’s Choice area are clean and stocked.
• Assist guests with point‑redemption questions.
• Perform minor repairs to games and laser‑tag vests.
• Report wear‑and‑tear and damage to games or equipment to the Technical Team.
• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
• Welcome and engage all guests as ambassadors of fun.
• Perform opening, mid‑day, or closing duties as required.

• Experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required.
• Guest‑focused mindset.
• Technologically savvy and eager to learn new systems.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Effective communication with management, team members, and guests.
• Availability to work days, nights, and/or weekends.

$11.00–$13.55 per hour.
