Position Overview

Job Description- Develop and execute strategies to proactively drive Mass Affluent client acquisition, outreach, and retention to generate revenue and deepen share of wallet with new and existing clients.
- Generate and manage leads and client appointments, using consultative conversational skills and deep knowledge of bank products and services to grow share of wallet.
- Maintain internal partnerships to drive new revenue, acquisition, and growth; manage risk and maximize profitability across the entire client portfolio.
- Deliver a differentiated client experience throughout acquisition, onboarding, and servicing, maintaining proactive, timely, and accurate sales and client relationship management tasks.
- Serve as the quarterback for all ecosystem partners, ensuring an exceptional client experience and delivering tailored financial wellness solutions.
- Leverage client insight and sales tools to translate into actionable sales strategies, proactively identifying and converting sales opportunities.
- Lead productive collaboration with ecosystem partners, developing leadership inside and outside the branch as a Center of Influence (COI) and delivering the Mass Affluent Advice and Planning value proposition.
- Ensure strong client commitment and advocacy through advanced relationship building and conversation skills, maintaining advanced knowledge of business segment capabilities.

Work Experience: Roles at this level typically require a university/college degree with 3+ years of relevant direct industry experience. Certifications are often desired; a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
Education: Bachelor’s degree (Required).
Certifications: None required.
Licenses: FINRA Series 7, 66 (or 63 & 65) preferred. Life and Health Insurance preferred. Candidates will be subject to additional background checks per Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations.
Pay TransparencyBase Salary: $63,750.00 – $. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible, with payment based upon company, business, and/or individual performance.
