Hello Hire is leading the search for a newly created Talent Acquisition Manager role with a rapidly growing, multi-site manufacturing organization. Title: Talent Acquisition Manager
Location: West Chester, OH
(primarily onsite with some travel to multi-site locations)
Reports To: Chief Human Resources Officer
Position Overview
The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead and develop the organization’s talent acquisition function in support of continued growth across a multi-site manufacturing environment. Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, this role will strengthen recruiting standards, ensure consistent processes, and lead a small team of 1–2 recruiters supporting both professional and skilled hourly hiring needs.
This is a hands-on, player-coach leadership role. In addition to leading the recruiting team, the manager will personally carry a requisition load and partner directly with hiring leaders to deliver timely, high-quality hiring outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of recruiters supporting multi-site operations
- Personally manage full-cycle recruiting for a portfolio of professional and skilled hourly roles
- Align recruiting strategy with organizational growth objectives
- Partner with HR and operational leaders to forecast workforce needs
- Standardize intake and structured interviewing practices
- Oversee and optimize ATS and recruiting tools
- Utilize existing recruiting metrics and dashboards to guide decision-making
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and policies
- Strengthen candidate experience and hiring manager partnership

Qualifications
- 7–10 years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including team leadership
- Experience recruiting across both hourly and professional populations
- Multi-site or distributed operations experience
- Expertise in structured, competency-based interviewing
- Experience with ATS and recruiting systems
- Manufacturing or industrial experience strongly preferred
