The Role

The Senior Human Resources Generalist serves as a trusted HR partner, supporting employee relations, leadership coaching, compliance, and HR program execution. This position balances day‑to‑day HR support with project‑based work aligned to business needs.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a trusted HR partner to leaders and employees, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, investigations, and disciplinary matters.
  • Coach managers on effective leadership practices, workplace issues, and employee engagement.
  • Respond to employee concerns and complaints, ensuring fair, consistent, and timely resolution.
  • Support learning and development initiatives, including coordination and delivery of training programs.
  • Assist with onboarding, internal movement, and employee engagement activities.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and support compliance requirements, including I-9 and FLSA‑related processes.
  • Participate in and support HR projects that improve consistency, efficiency, and the overall employee experience.
  • Collaborate with HR team members and cross‑functional partners on initiatives aligned with organizational priorities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field required.
  • Five or more years of progressive HR experience in a Generalist or HR Business Partner‑type role.
  • Strong experience in employee relations, investigations, and manager coaching.
  • Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
