The Senior Human Resources Generalist serves as a trusted HR partner, supporting employee relations, leadership coaching, compliance, and HR program execution. This position balances day‑to‑day HR support with project‑based work aligned to business needs.
Responsibilities- Serve as a trusted HR partner to leaders and employees, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, investigations, and disciplinary matters.
- Coach managers on effective leadership practices, workplace issues, and employee engagement.
- Respond to employee concerns and complaints, ensuring fair, consistent, and timely resolution.
- Support learning and development initiatives, including coordination and delivery of training programs.
- Assist with onboarding, internal movement, and employee engagement activities.
- Maintain accurate employee records and support compliance requirements, including I-9 and FLSA‑related processes.
- Participate in and support HR projects that improve consistency, efficiency, and the overall employee experience.
- Collaborate with HR team members and cross‑functional partners on initiatives aligned with organizational priorities.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field required.
- Five or more years of progressive HR experience in a Generalist or HR Business Partner‑type role.
- Strong experience in employee relations, investigations, and manager coaching.
- Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
