The OpportunityThis role blends strategy and execution. You’ll own and optimize multi‑channel digital marketing initiatives that engage decision‑makers, accelerate the buyer journey, and drive measurable results.
You’ll collaborate closely with sales, vendor partners, and leadership to align marketing efforts with revenue goals. You’ll also help shape how ATC shows up in the market—digitally and in person.

What You’ll Do- Plan, execute, and optimize integrated digital campaigns across web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and marketing automation platforms
- Develop landing pages, conversion funnels, and calls‑to‑action that drive measurable engagement
- Create compelling content for blogs, case studies, email campaigns, social platforms, and thought leadership initiatives
- Support short‑form and long‑form video marketing efforts
- Promote in‑house and partner‑led events through digital channels
- Maintain and strengthen ATC’s social media presence
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using KPIs aligned to revenue impact
- Translate marketing metrics into actionable insights for leadership and sales
- Identify emerging trends in digital marketing and B2B technology buying behavior
- Continuously optimize campaigns to improve ROI and pipeline contribution
- Collaborate with vendor and referral partners to leverage co‑branded campaigns and marketing portals
- Integrate partner‑provided assets into ATC’s broader marketing strategy
- Support promotion and execution of our Marketing Prospectus (20+ events), educational events, and community initiatives
- Experience in B2B digital marketing (technology industry preferred)
- Proven experience managing SEO/SEM, email marketing, social campaigns, and marketing automation
- Understanding of demand generation and full‑funnel marketing strategy
- Experience building landing pages and optimizing user journeys
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (Hub Spot preferred)
- Working knowledge of Word Press; basic HTML/CSS understanding is a plus
- Strong content writing skills; video marketing experience a bonus
- Familiarity with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Cloud
- Technical aptitude to quickly understand complex IT solutions and sales cycles
- Data‑driven but creatively wired
- Self‑motivated with strong ownership mindset
- Comfortable working cross‑functionally with sales and technology teams
- Curious about emerging tech and AI‑enabled marketing tools
- Organized and capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Energized by fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environments
