We are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst with a strong focus on ERP systems to support and optimize business processes across the organization. This role serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders and IT, ensuring ERP capabilities align with operational and strategic objectives. The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience supporting, configuring, and enhancing ERP systems, with the ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.

• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for ERP system improvements and optimization
• Gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional specifications
• Support ERP system configuration, testing, implementation, and ongoing enhancements
• Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and third‑party vendors to resolve system issues and improve functionality
• Develop reports, dashboards, and data analysis to support operational decision‑making
• Provide end‑user training, troubleshooting, and ongoing ERP support
• Participate in system upgrades, integrations, and process improvement initiatives
• Create and maintain system documentation, workflows, and standard operating procedures
• Monitor ERP performance and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Ensure data integrity, system compliance, and adherence to business requirements throughout the organization
