Ripple Junction Design Co. seeks an IT System Engineer to own and resolve IT issues, build tools to prevent outages, and contribute to ERP-related projects. You will support Windows and macOS, manage M365 environments including Azure AD, Exchange Online, and Teams, and help with EDI processes for partner data exchanges.
You will also help develop File Maker-based solutions, integrate Gemini AI, and write scripts in Power Shell and Python to automate admin tasks and workflows.
