Packing and Shipping Clerk

The Packing and Shipping Clerk at Center Well Home Health supports the Supply Chain, Logistics & Procurement team by accurately picking, packing, and shipping medical supplies and equipment to patients' homes. This role ensures orders are processed promptly, labeled correctly, and compliant with healthcare safety and infection-control standards. The Clerk maintains inventory accuracy, assists with stock rotation, and coordinates with clinical and logistics teams to meet delivery timelines.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare medical supplies and equipment for shipment to patients' homes
• Verify orders, labels, and documentation for accuracy and regulatory compliance
• Use inventory and shipping systems to process orders and track shipments
• Maintain clean, organized stock areas and support cycle counts and inventory audits
• Follow infection control, safety, and handling procedures for medical products
• Coordinate with clinical staff and couriers to meet delivery timelines and priorities
• Receive, inspect, and store incoming medical supplies according to guidelines
• Report inventory discrepancies, damages, or delays to leadership
• Assist with stock rotation, replenishment, and basic data entry
• Support continuous improvement of logistics workflows and patient-focused service
