Arbor Homes is seeking a Purchasing Analyst to join our team located in Cincinnati/Dayton. This position will assist the procurement initiatives of our Purchasing and Production Teams. We are seeking collaborative & analytical professionals who thrive on opportunities to assist and facilitate business solutions and metrics.

What Will You Be Doing?

Trade Partner contract management (vendor setup package compliance)
Maintain vendor pricing records and facilitate approved modifications

Contractual compliance and continuance (scope of work, insurance, training)
Support daily division operations and category management (request for information and change management)
Assist in quantity takeoff validation and consolidated summary documents

Review production release data for inconsistencies or anomalies

Cross train with other Nationalized Asset Teams to backfill workflow needs

What Will You Bring?

Strong computer and analytical skills

Excellent process management and organization skills

Open communication and collaboration skillsBS/BA in Construction, Computer Science, or relevant field preferred

Experience in Residential Construction preferred

Experience with Sapphire, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Smartsheet, Teams) and other related applications preferred
