Office Manager

This is not an administrative role. This is a leadership role.

We’re looking for an Office Manager who doesn’t just understand chiropractic — they believe in it.

Someone who sees chiropractic as a principle, not a transaction.

Someone who knows that a well-run clinic changes lives — and takes ownership of making that happen every single day.

• Run the day-to-day business operations of the office
• Know how to execute every support position in the clinic and step in when needed
• Train, develop, and coach new and existing team members
• Create, maintain, and refine systems, processes, and procedures
• Handle issues, challenges, and tough conversations with clarity and professionalism
• Ensure the office runs efficiently, consistently, and in alignment with the clinic’s mission and values

This role requires ownership, not oversight.
