Revenue Cycle Supervisor , Full-Time, Varies

The Revenue Cycle Supervisor is responsible for overseeing Revenue Cycle functions. These functions could include coding, billing and claims management, insurance follow-up processes, customer service, cash posting, self-pay, financial counseling, pre-certification, and patient access for UC Health. The Supervisor does have direct reports and is responsible for hiring, disciplinary or termination decisions. The Supervisor role is a leadership role and is responsible for implementing departmental policies and can be responsible for leading department projects.

The Supervisor will assist staff to ensure quality performance and promotes awareness of departmental processes and goals. The Supervisor performs quality audits and yearly evaluations for direct reports.

• Associate's Degree in relevant field Required, Bachelor's degree preferred
• Three to Five years of relevant experience
• Prior leadership experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills
