Resilience, a science-driven biomanufacturing company, is seeking a Lead Technician for night shift (6:00pm–6:30am, 2-2-3). The role supports filling operations on the manufacturing floor, leads batch activities, equipment setup, and data entry of batch records.
You will mentor Technicians, train peers, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, while ensuring cGMP compliance and safety on the production floor.
