Pay Rate: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
Schedule: 1st Shift | 7 AM - 3 PM / 2nd Shift | 3 PM - 11 PM

Press Operator Requirements- 6 months of die cutting or press operator experience
- Able to lift 35 lbs.
- Experience operating digital printing or production equipment preferred.
- Knowledge of RIP software and digital print workflows.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with production reporting systems.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to read work orders, production schedules, and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and move throughout the shift.
- Strong color vision and quality inspection skills.
- Team-oriented mindset with ability to work effectively across departments and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Review work orders, specifications, and special instructions to prepare materials for production.
- Set up, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain UV digital presses throughout production runs.
- Process and RIP digital files using print production software.
- Perform quality inspections on proofs and finished products before release to customers.
- Accurately record production results, maintenance activities, and related documentation using a PC or tablet.
- Conduct preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment issues, and perform corrective actions to maximize machine performance.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment while following company safety procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to solve problems, improve processes, reduce waste, and support departmental goals.
- Assist with housekeeping, material handling, and other duties as assigned.
