Silicone Extrusion Operator

We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Silicone Extrusion Operator to produce high-quality silicone tubing in a clean, safety-focused manufacturing environment. In this role, you'll set up and operate extrusion equipment, monitor product quality, and help drive continuous improvement while ensuring products meet customer and company standards.

• Set up and operate silicone extrusion equipment to produce quality products.
• Monitor and adjust machine settings to maintain product specifications.
• Operate equipment including roll mills, chillers, extruders, gear pumps, forklifts, scales, measuring tools, and other production equipment.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning.
• Inspect finished products, identify quality issues, and make necessary adjustments.
• Package, label, and move raw materials and finished goods using a forklift.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues, communicating concerns to the supervisor.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow all company and regulatory requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience operating roll mills, extrusion machines, or similar manufacturing equipment.
• Clean room experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.
• Basic math skills and the ability to accurately record production data.
• Ability to multitask, work independently or as part of a team, and meet production goals.
• Good hand-eye coordination and strong communication skills.

• Safely work in a manufacturing environment.
• Stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.

• Safely operate manufacturing equipment and become forklift certified.
