** Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $23.00/hour*
* ** Shift: Days 6am-6:30pm*
* Some overtime may be required with minimal advance notice to support business needs

** Packaging Machine Operator:*

** What's a typical day as LU05 - Packaging Machine Operator? You'll be:*
* + Operating and servicing automated packaging and inspection equipment

+ Performing manual visual, cosmetic, and physical inspection of materials, and escalating concerns as needed

+ Conducting line clearances, cleaning, and housekeeping activities to maintain a cGMP environment

+ Starting up equipment, making minor adjustments, and performing basic troubleshooting/maintenance tasks

+ Using material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and non-motorized lifts

+ Completing batch record entries, GMP documentation, and collecting OEE performance data

+ Supporting process improvement initiatives such as 5S, Kaizen, and problem-solving events

+ Following all safety procedures and reporting discrepancies or hazards promptly

* + Have the ability to understand, read, write, and communicate effectively in English

+ Demonstrate strong attention to detail and the ability to keep accurate records and perform mathematical calculations

+ Are motivated to learn new skills and adapt to a dynamic manufacturing environment

+ Can work effectively both independently and as part of a team

+ Are flexible and willing to support other work areas as needed

+ (Preferred) Hold a high school diploma or vocational school graduate or equivalent

+ (Preferred) Have experience in pharmaceutical, cGMP-regulated, or LEAN manufacturing settings
