Military Food Online QC - 1st Shift

The Job Center is now hiring Assembly – On-Line QC in Blue Ash area. This is a military food assembly company. Currently hiring full-time employees for 1st Shift!

Compensation for the Military Food Assembly:

• 1st Shift: 6:15 am - EOP (End of Production) Mon-Fri, some Saturdays and Sundays
• $18.00 per hour
• Paid Weekly on Fridays
• Benefits Include:
  Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), and PTO
• Overtime is mostly mandatory.

Responsibilities of Military Food Assembly:

• Performs quality control inspections, checks, and tests during the manufacture of products.
• Inspects products at different stages of production.
• Records observations and may make recommendations for improving processes.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Responsible for monitoring SSOP, GMP's & HACCP
• Perform other duties as listed on SWES and/or training register
• Ability to stand for long periods

Work Environment:

• The employee will work near moving mechanical parts and can be regularly exposed to extreme heat or cold.
• The employee is constantly exposed to vibrations.
• The employee is also exposed to fumes, or airborne particles.
• The work environment can be noisy and/ or moderately loud.
• PPE mandatory.

Physical Requirements:

• Work requires standing and/or walking for periods of eight hours or more
• Moving and examining objects at high and low reach.
• Reading for periods of three hours or more.

Education and Experience :

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• In addition, 6 months of experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

Requirements of Military Food Assembly:

• No Felonies in the Past 5 Years
• No theft ever, no aggravated, no sexual assault
• Attention to detail
• General Manufacturing Practices: NO NAILS, NO POLISH /LASHES/PIERCINGS etc. REGARDLESS OF MASK) No water on lines. No tank tops, muscle shirts, no shorts, no ankles showing, No shaggy pants, no jeans with holes/ripped jeans.
