General Duties and Responsibilities
" Monitor customer orders entered, schedule to appropriate press, and allocate appropriate material to each order (50%).
" Coordinate press ready status of all open tickets (10%).
" Frequent communications with Production leads and Customer Service Reps (20%).
" Coaching, training, and give feedback to Production floor (5%).
" Any other miscellaneous team duties as assigned by supervisor.
