Monday - Thursday | 5:30 AM - 4:10 PM

• Solder electronic components, wires, and other parts onto printed circuit boards.
• Perform fine-detail assembly
  , including working with microcircuits under a microscope.
• Cut, strip, tin, and prepare wires to specific lengths.
• Insert contacts and crimp connectors
  .
• Route wires and assemble wire harnesses using ties, tubing, and other materials.
• Install circuit boards, modules, connectors, cables, and hardware into assemblies/chassis.
• Read and follow blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, drawings, and manufacturing instructions
  .
• Perform visual inspections and continuity checks to ensure assemblies meet specifications.
• Make engineering changes to new and existing products as directed.
• Record production activity and transactions in the company's computer/ERP system.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

• Previous electronics assembly or soldering experience is preferred.
• 2+ years of soldering experience is preferred for some versions of the role.
• Ability to perform detailed work with small components.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Basic mechanical and computer skills.
• Ability to read blueprints/drawings.
• Ability to obtain IPC-A-610 certification
