Welder

In this position, you will be essential to our production success by focusing on safety, quality, and efficiency through the following tasks:

• Execute MIG welding on carbon steel piping by strictly following engineering blueprints and technical specifications.
• Configure and calibrate welding fixtures to accommodate a diverse range of product designs.
• Verify finished components to ensure they meet all necessary dimensional and quality standards.
• Help maintain a safe, orderly, and efficient workspace for the entire production floor.
• Participate in ongoing initiatives to improve manufacturing processes and operational flow.
• Work closely with colleagues and provide mentorship or training to support team development.
• Uphold all established protocols regarding safety, quality, and production output.

Required Skills

• Demonstrated proficiency in MIG welding and the operation of NAP machinery.
• Capability to interpret complex blueprints, technical drawings, and welding requirements.
• Comprehensive knowledge of welding equipment, various techniques, and quality control standards.
• Ability to perform effectively within a high-speed manufacturing environment.
• Competency in basic arithmetic, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating clearly in English.
• High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
• Physical capability to handle the demands of a standard welding and manufacturing workspace.

• Background working within high-volume manufacturing operations.
