UC Health is hiring a Full Time Clinical Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for the Emergency Department (ED) for the Second Shift (3pm-7am) at West Chester Hospital.
The Clinical Shift Supervisor assumes the responsibility for ensuring excellent patient care is being delivered, maintaining expeditious patient flow with a focus on customer service, and supervision of nursing staff. The Clinical Shift Supervisor will provide input on staff evaluations and complete evaluations for their regular staff cohort. The Clinical Shift Supervisor will also assist with cost containment and manage all employees to do the same.
The position requires knowledge of leadership and effective interpersonal communication skills.
West Chester Hospital’s emergency department (ED) is a Level III Trauma Center, delivering high-quality care to patients based on assessed needs, established standards of care and according to policy and procedures.

Education and Experience Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor of Science of Nursing is required.
- Current license to practice nursing in the state of Ohio
- Minimum of two to four years of clinical nursing experience in area of clinical specialty.
