Job DescriptionUC Health is hiring a Part Time Charge Registered Nurse (RN) for the Surgical Med Surg unit on Night Shift at the West Chester Hospital.
The Charge Nurse delivers high‑quality patient care, reports to the Clinical Nurse Manager, assigns nursing activities, and utilizes nursing science to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care.

- BCLS required prior to patient contact; ACLS telemetry and other certifications (medical/surgical, orthopedic, critical care, gerontological) desired.
- Professional organization membership desirable.
- Culture‑specific patient care and education skills.
- Effective communication, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Commitment to continuing professional growth and ability to adapt to change.
- Competency in adult and geriatric patient care.
