Registered Nurse – Full Time (Weekend Days)

Beckett Springs is part of Lifepoint Health, a diversified healthcare delivery network. As a Registered Nurse on our weekend day shift team, you will provide exceptional care to individuals in a 96‑bed behavioral health hospital located in the Dayton, OH area.

Shift

Schedule:

36‑hour 12‑hour shift (7:00 – 7:30), with two schedule options – Friday to Sunday or Saturday to Monday – ideal for those seeking a consistent weekend schedule.

• Accurately perform patient assessments and identify patient needs
• Identify and initiate appropriate nursing interventions
• Provide care appropriate to the condition and age of the patient
• Perform timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record
• Be responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient
• Perform timely and accurate QI assessments

• Associate's degree in nursing required
• Current Registered Nurse license as required by state regulations
• 1‑year experience in a psychiatric health care facility preferred
• CPR certification required within 30 days of employment and prior to any patient contact
• De‑escalation certification required within 30 days of employment and prior to any patient contact
• Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a stressful environment
