Quality Engineer

Drive Quality. Influence Outcomes. Make an Impact.

Are you passionate about solving complex problems, improving processes, and ensuring products exceed expectations? As a Quality Engineer, you won’t just maintain standards—you’ll shape them, playing a pivotal role in delivering excellence across our products, processes, and customer experience.

This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who thrives in a hands‑on manufacturing environment and enjoys collaborating across teams to turn data into meaningful improvements.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead Quality Improvement
  • Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to solve real‑world manufacturing challenges
  • Analyze data trends (defects, scrap, rework) and translate insights into measurable improvements
  • Manage product returns, customer concerns, and nonconformance programs to continuously elevate quality
  • Build and Strengthen Quality Systems
  • Develop and refine inspection standards, acceptance criteria, and decision logic aligned to engineering and customer requirements
  • Establish effective inspection methods, sampling plans, and procedures to ensure consistency and reliability
  • Define clear disposition criteria and escalation processes for nonconforming materials
  • Collaborate Across Teams
  • Partner with Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, and Suppliers to resolve quality issues and drive improvements
  • Work directly with suppliers to ensure high‑quality incoming materials, including audits and corrective actions
  • Support cross-functional initiatives that improve both product quality and operational efficiency
  • Ensure Compliance and Excellence
  • Maintain and enhance compliance with industry standards and customer requirements (including ASME BPE and sanitary manufacturing practices)
  • Oversee inspection documentation, material traceability records (MTRs), and quality records
  • Participate in internal and external audits, helping strengthen quality system effectiveness
  • Support Tools & Continuous Growth
  • Ensure proper calibration and functionality of measurement systems and inspection tools
  • Train and mentor team members on quality processes and best practices
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, regulations, and evolving quality standards
What You Bring

We’re looking for someone who combines technical expertise with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing quality engineering
  • Proven success in driving corrective actions to completion
  • Experience developing inspection standards, acceptance criteria, and quality documentation
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on quality data
  • Hands‑on experience with inspection equipment (calipers, micrometers, profilometers, etc.)
  • Knowledge of stainless steel fabrication processes (machining, welding, polishing)
  • Familiarity with ASME BPE and/or sanitary manufacturing environments (preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
Why You’ll Love This Role
  • Make a visible impact:
Your work directly influences product quality and customer satisfaction
  • Own improvement initiatives:
Lead meaningful change, not just maintain the status quo
  • Cross‑functional exposure:
Work with engineering, operations, and leadership
  • Growth opportunity:
Expand your technical and leadership skillset
  • Collaborative culture:
Your ideas are heard, valued, and acted upon
Our Culture
  • We believe great quality comes from great people. You’ll thrive here if you:
  • Value integrity, trust, and accountability
  • Enjoy working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Take initiative and bring forward ideas for improvement
  • Communicate openly and respectfully
  • Embrace challenges with creativity and courage
