Clean Room Quality Inspector

Clean Room Quality Inspector Primary Responsibilities

• Inspect Single Use assemblies per established procedures and specifications
• Verify completeness, functionality, and quality prior to release
• Perform visual inspections, measurements, and basic testing
• Maintain ISO 14644 clean room standards and documentation
• Record inspection results, discrepancies, and non-conformances; elevate issues as needed
• Collaborate with manufacturing and quality teams to resolve issues
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality requirements
• Support continuous improvement of inspection processes and procedures

• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Ability to read technical documents and drawings
• Team‑oriented with ability to work in a regulated, fast‑paced environment
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems

• Ability to stand/sit for long periods and perform fine manual tasks
• Work in a clean room using PPE (gloves, gowns, masks)
• Frequent walking, bending, and lifting up to 25 lbs

• Demonstrates servant leadership and commitment to safety and ethics
• Promotes open communication, respect, and confidentiality

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of inspection experience
