Quality Inspector

Quality Inspector Primary Functions

• Monitor and evaluate materials and products for quality compliance
• Perform measurements, inspections, and testing to ensure specifications are met
• Collect and prepare samples for testing and processing
• Identify, document, and communicate nonconformances or production issues
• Support tagging, quarantine, and containment procedures
• Review work orders and specifications to determine requirements
• Maintain housekeeping standards and comply with regulatory requirements
• Perform additional duties as assigned

• Strong communication and attention to detail
• Team-oriented with ability to self-motivate and meet responsibilities
• Proficient with MS Office and ERP systems

• Demonstrates servant leadership and commitment to safety and ethics
• Promotes positive communication and respectful collaboration
• Supports company culture, events, and confidentiality

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of inspection experience
• Ability to meet physical demands including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with tools and equipment
