- Provide an outstanding customer experience through personalized service and attention
- Build meaningful connections with customers, vendors, and teammates
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate gear, products, and training programs
- Support all store initiatives, events, and community outreach efforts
- Maintain product knowledge to educate and inform customers
- Stay adaptable and ready to go above and beyond as needed
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals

- Available to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Prior experience in a customer-facing retail or sales environment is preferred
- Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and passionate about helping others
- Strong communication skills with a positive and professional demeanor
- Adaptable, accountable, and proactive in learning and decision-making
- Team player with a collaborative and customer‑centric mindset
- Willingness to go the extra mile for customers and fellow team members
- Commitment to doing the right thing—even when no one’s watching
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs
- Long periods of standing
- Able to bend/stoop to tie shoes
- Shifts up to 8 hours with no set break schedule
- Able to reach above shoulder height, climb small 4 ft ladders
