Our team is a group of knowledgeable and hardworking individuals who work, sweat, and live passionately. • Provide an outstanding customer experience through personalized service and attention

• Maintain product knowledge to educate and inform customers

• Available to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Prior experience in a customer-facing retail or sales environment is preferred
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and passionate about helping others
• Strong communication skills with a positive and professional demeanor
• Adaptable, accountable, and proactive in learning and decision-making
• Team player with a collaborative and customer‑centric mindset
• Willingness to go the extra mile for customers and fellow team members
• Commitment to doing the right thing—even when no one’s watching
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs
• Long periods of standing
• Able to bend/stoop to tie shoes
• Shifts up to 8 hours with no set break schedule
• Able to reach above shoulder height, climb small 4 ft ladders
