Account Executive – Hospitality & Interiors

Compensation: $70,000–$80,000 base salary + bonuses
What You’ll Do- Own and manage assigned client accounts with full accountability for customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing project intake and ongoing communication
- Identify opportunities to expand services, increase account penetration, and drive incremental revenue
- Develop and execute account plans aligned with client goals and company capabilities
- Lead regular client meetings and business reviews to assess performance and propose additional solutions
- Partner closely with internal teams including estimating, project management, and coordination to ensure high-quality delivery
- Translate client needs into actionable internal plans and ensure successful execution
- Monitor account performance metrics and drive continuous improvement
- Support onboarding of new clients and stabilization or redevelopment of existing accounts
- Proactively resolve client issues and maintain strong, trust-based relationships
- Maintain accurate account documentation, forecasts, and pipeline activity in CRM systems
- Represent Planes Companies / GWS at client meetings, industry events, and conferences
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Project Management, or a related field preferred
- 2-4 years of progressive experience in account management, sales, or customer relationship leadership
- Experience in hospitality, interiors, construction, furniture, healthcare, or logistics strongly preferred
- Proven ability to build and expand long-term client relationships, including senior-level stakeholders
- Strong sales mindset with a customer-first approach
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, in-office environment
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- High ethical standards and commitment to professional growth
- Full-time, in-office position based in Cincinnati, OH
- Occasional travel to client locations, job sites, and industry events
- Ability to navigate office, industrial, and active project environments as needed
- Valid driver’s license required
