• Solid base salary and uncapped commission

• Generating revenue and meeting sales targets
• Developing and qualifying leads within respective territory to drive additional sales opportunities through cold-calling and lead generation campaigns
• Gathering and utilizing business intelligence on prospects to support sales calls, product presentations and driving new business

• Minimum of 1 year outside sales experience B2B or successful completion of an Auto-Chlor sales training program
• Valid driver's license
• High School Diploma/GED;
  Bachelor's Degree preferred

• 2-3 years new business-to-business (B2B) sales experience
• Hunter Sales mentality - goal driven and self-motivated. This is a true HUNTER sales role. New business development. Cold Calling, Prospecting and Closing Skills strongly preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), intranet/internet and Contact Management System

With the base salary and uncapped commissions our sales reps enjoy:

• 1 st year Base+Commission $80,
• 2 nd year Base+Commission $100,000-$120,000

This range is an estimate based on an applicant’s skills and experience.
