What Will You Be Doing?
  • Hire, lead, coach and develop individuals and teams to ensure top performance of all Sales Managers in assigned geography.
  • Ensure appropriate staffing to meet department needs.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies by evaluating performance against goals to ensure company objectives are met.
  • Evaluate employee and team performance and provide developmental opportunities and ongoing training to encourage professional growth through continuous coaching with regard to skills, behaviors, and leadership traits.
  • Coaching your team to provide a first‑class experience for every buyer.
  • Responsible for ensuring that all Community Sales Managers coordinate regularly with other field and office team members to facilitate timely closings and satisfied homeowners.
  • Review and monitor Sales Managers paperwork to ensure accuracy and compliance with company processes, standards, and industry regulations.
  • Complete regular market analysis for each community to ensure pricing is in line with our pricing strategy.
  • Keep management informed on a continual basis of changes, potential problems, and outstanding issues and concerns.
  • Assist in problem solving construction, financing, and closing issues between all parties.
  • Help maintain and develop partner relationships including Realtors and vendors.
  • Work with Community Sales Managers to help develop and implement community marketing plans to draw traffic into communities and to supplement corporate‑driven marketing campaigns.
  • Plan and facilitate one sales meeting per month or as needed.
  • Understand and train on CRM and software package.
  • Maintain rapport with homeowner by communicating progress, resolving homeowner concerns when necessary.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by completing company training programs, attending educational workshops, and reviewing professional publications.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Build excitement and enjoy the process of changing our homeowners’ lives.
  • Assist the management team in all sales related items, and perform any other assigned duties assigned by Director of Sales and/or Division President.
  • Some weekend work is required.
