Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by following security-related procedures;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with clinical staff and/or local responders as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols of hospital buildings, parking areas, and the perimeter;
Control access by observing entrances and restricted areas, assisting with visitor direction, and documenting activity in required logs and reports;
Complete detailed incident reports and daily activity reports, communicating significant updates to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision
