Provide customer service to guests, vendors, and/or employees by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a utilities location.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including alarms, access concerns, and/or unauthorized activity.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, yards, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized entry and/or suspicious activity; working environments and conditions may vary by site.;
Control access through gates, doors, and/or checkpoints by verifying identification, issuing visitor instructions, and documenting entries and exits per post orders.;
Complete security-related reports and logs, communicate significant events to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership, and assist with post inspections and/or shift turnover as needed.
