Security Officer - Reception Desk

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a front desk location within a financial services environment.;
Monitor access at the front desk by greeting visitors, verifying identification and/or credentials, maintaining visitor logs, and following established entry and notification procedures.;
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts, employees, visitors, and/or emergency personnel as needed.;
Answer phones, assist with directions and general inquiries, and report security-related concerns, maintenance issues, and/or suspicious activity through proper channels.;
Support front desk operations by observing lobby activity, helping to deter unauthorized access, and documenting daily events, incidents, and/or visitor interactions in accordance with site policies.
