• This is a hands-on field role, commonly referred to as a “digger” position.
• Work with your team to complete residential sewer installs with accuracy and pride.
• Show up with a clean, professional appearance and a friendly attitude that helps build trust with customers.
• Deliver quality work and come prepared with the right tools.
• Keep the job site and truck clean and organized.
• Participate in all training sessions and team meetings.
• Take initiative to learn new skills (sewer code, water service installs, downspout drainage, etc.).
• Understand and uphold company mission, policies, and guarantees.
• Perform physical tasks in all weather conditions.
• Work in tight or uncomfortable spaces when needed.

• Solid organization skills for stocking and job operations.
• Good communication skills and comfort learning iPad software.
• A team player mindset with a strong individual work ethic.

• Able to stand, walk, bend, squat, sit, and lift for long periods.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable with heights, ladders, and scaffolding using proper safety gear.
• Ready to work in all types of weather.
• Able to communicate clearly in English.
• Willing and able to wear all required PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, ear protection, respirators, hi-vis vest, gloves, safety-toe boots, etc.).
