We are seeking a skilled Assembler to perform MIG welding on aluminum components, utilizing precise welding techniques and interpreting technical drawings to ensure high-quality and structurally sound welds.
Responsibilities- Perform MIG welding on aluminum components using appropriate welding techniques.
- Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols to execute precise welds.
- Assemble and weld parts to meet quality and structural standards.
- Inspect finished welds for defects and ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
- Perform necessary adjustments and repairs to welds when required.
- Maintain and troubleshoot welding equipment, ensuring it operates efficiently.
- Conduct routine checks and report malfunctions or issues.
- Follow all safety protocols, including wearing PPE and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Communicate effectively to resolve issues and ensure project timelines are met.
- Proven experience as a MIG welder, specifically with aluminum.
- Proficiency in welding techniques and equipment, including MIG welders.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical instructions.
- Knowledge of safety standards related to welding and fabrication.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in welding is preferred.
- Ability to successfully complete a weld qualification test.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including standing for extended periods, lifting heavy materials, and working in various positions.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of West Chester, OH.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
