Tallgrass is seeking a field network technician to install, maintain, test, troubleshoot, and repair network and telecommunications systems at various sites. You will handle 4G/5G modems, LAN/WAN, industrial wireless, LEO satellites, and phone systems while ensuring optimal network performance and documenting issues.
You will travel to customer sites, troubleshoot Layer 1 and assist Layer 2 problems, and use Netcloud, Solar Winds, Cisco, and Ubiquiti tools to drive resolutions.
