We are seeking an experienced BAS Controls Technician to support mission-critical facilities throughout the West Chester, PA region. This field-facing role focuses on the service, programming, and optimization of Building Automation Systems for hospitals, commercial sites, and data center environments.
Tridium certification is required for this position.

- Location: West Chester, PA (work radius up to 2 hours)
- Compensation: $40.00 – $50.00/hour (DOE)
- 5+ years of hands-on experience working in BAS, HVAC controls, or related trades
- Required: Active Tridium certification
- Background with Distech, Trane, Carrier, Daikin, or York platforms preferred
- Strong troubleshooting, logic interpretation, and controls programming skills
- Comfortable supporting clients directly and communicating with end users
- Willing and able to participate in on-call rotations for emergencies
- Install, service, and diagnose Building Automation Systems
- Perform equipment startup, device checkout, and system validation
- Create, modify, and archive BAS programs, graphics, and controller databases
- Assist with commissioning, retrofits, and long-term system maintenance
- Conduct routine diagnostics to maintain system health and uptime
- Provide clear communication and training to customers and contractors
