The position offers a three-month engagement beginning August 17, 2026, providing flexibility for both active job seekers and professionals exploring new opportunities.

You will be responsible for developing, testing, and deploying mobile applications that support facilities management operations and enhance user experiences across the organization.

Core Responsibilities

As a Mobile Engineer 2, you will take ownership of mobile application development projects from conception through deployment. Your primary duties will include designing and implementing mobile solutions using modern development frameworks and best practices. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, UX designers, and backend engineers to ensure seamless integration of mobile applications with existing systems. Your technical responsibilities will encompass writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code while adhering to established coding standards.

You will participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback to teammates, and actively seek improvements in your own work. Testing and quality assurance represent critical components of your role, requiring thorough unit testing, integration testing, and debugging to ensure robust mobile applications. Additionally, you will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during development and post-deployment phases. You will stay current with mobile development trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices relevant to facilities engineering applications.

Your contribution will extend to documenting technical specifications and maintaining comprehensive records of development processes and decisions.

Must-Have Requirements

Candidates must possess proven experience in mobile application development using primary platforms such as iOS or Android, or cross-platform frameworks like React Native or Flutter. A minimum of three years of professional mobile development experience is essential, demonstrating your ability to handle complex technical challenges independently. Strong proficiency in programming languages relevant to mobile development is mandatory. This includes languages such as Swift, Kotlin, JavaScript, or similar technologies depending on your chosen platform.

You must demonstrate solid understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and ability to implement responsive, user-friendly interfaces. Experience with facilities engineering or property management systems is highly valuable and preferred. Understanding the unique challenges and requirements of facilities management applications will significantly enhance your effectiveness in this role. Familiarity with HVAC systems, building automation, maintenance operations, or similar facilities-related technologies is advantageous.

Essential technical competencies include proficiency with version control systems like Git, experience with RESTful APIs and backend integration, and understanding of mobile security best practices. You should have hands-on experience with mobile development tools, IDEs, and emulators relevant to your platform of choice. Soft skills are equally important. You must demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and capacity to work effectively within team environments.

Self-motivation and ability to manage time effectively are crucial, particularly given the onsite engagement structure. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is preferred, though equivalent professional experience may be considered. You must be available to begin on August 17, 2026, and committed to the three-month duration.

Benefits and Perks

This onsite position provides valuable hands-on experience working with a leading organization in the facilities engineering sector. You will have direct access to experienced engineers and professionals, offering exceptional mentorship and professional development opportunities. The three-month engagement allows you to expand your portfolio with real-world projects while maintaining flexibility in your career path.
