We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tow Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess experience in ensuring the safe and efficient towing of vehicles using a two car light/medium duty flatbed. Position also requires ability to help manage vehicle inventory on our yard using a Light Duty (F450/Ram 4500/5500) Self Loader/Wheel Lift.

This role requires excellent driving skills, including the ability to operate two car flatbed tow trucks and/or Self Loader/Wheel Lift Tow Truck.

Driver’s experience should be at skill level that they can can safely, properly move 8-10 vehicles (two at time) between our Dayton/KY locations and our West Chester location per 8 hours (lots are approx. 30 miles one way). This level of production can easily be met if you have the requisite operational experience and can maintain a consistent, reasonable pace over the course of your shift.

• Operate tow trucks safely and efficiently to transport vehicles
• Load and unload vehicles with care, ensuring no damage occurs during the process.
• Conduct routine inspections on tow truck to ensure optimal performance.
• Communicate effectively with management.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and any incidents that occur during towing operations.

• Proven experience with a flatbed/wheel lift tow truck.
• Good driving record with no major violations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in high-pressure situations
• Achieve or Exceed team safety score as reported through Fleet Dash Cameras

• 10 Hour Shift M-F 8am-6pm Daytime
• 10 Hours Shift SU-TR 11pm-9am Nights
• (2) Mandatory OT Days Per Month (You will know which days well in advance of start of each month)
