- Driver Positions Pay Weekly
- Hours Per Week: 40 + hours per week
- Solo Miles Pay:$0.37 per Mile with 1600 Miles per Week
- Solo Stops Pay:$13.00 per Dealership Stop with 20 Stops per Week
- Solo Stops Pay:$20.00 per Warehouse Stop with 7 Stops per week
- Paid Training
- Schedule:
Monday – Friday NO WEEKENDS - Start Time: 1:00 AM - 5:00 AM

Requirements
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Minimum of 6 months of verifiable driving experience
- Pass a Ryder Drug Test
- Must have verifiable driving experience (
* must be in like equipment if position being applied for is operating a straight truck or box truck): - 6 Months experience in the past 3 years, OR
- 2 years' experience within the last 5 years, OR
- 5 years' experience within the last 10 years
- Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including Drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
- Pass a DOT physical
- Pass a Ryder road test
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions
- Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations policies and/or procedures
Notice To Applicants Holding a CDL
This position does not require the operation of CDL-regulated equipment. However, candidates who possess a valid Commercial Drivers License will be subject to FMCSA requirements, including but not limited to, pre-employment Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse query.
Responsibilities
- This position is primarily responsible for safely driving a vehicle within and requires compliance with safety regulations, continuous training and customer service.
- Additional Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Ensuring compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines
- Detecting and eliminating or minimizing safety hazards
- Maintaining accurate records Loading/Unloading freight or assisting in the loading/unloading of freight if required by customer
- Other tasks as assigned
