The RoleThe Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the development, implementation, and maintenance of warehouse process documentation. The Warehouse Coordinator will provide support in quality control, training, and team member development.
Responsibilities- Logging inbound and outbound shipments in appropriate systems
- Overseeing and managing all outbound ASNs in proper systems
- Organizing and maintaining inbound and outbound paperwork
- Ensuring all accounts are up to date and current in WMS
- Ensuring all photos of outbound shipments are taken and logged into the system
- Supporting a culture of safety in the warehouse environment
- Overseeing and actively participating in the completion of tasks as needed
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Experience working in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Interpersonal skills essential for teamwork and warehouse organization
- Experience with software such as Microsoft Excel and other company spreadsheet programs
- Experience using a forklift and professional forklift certification strongly preferred
- Typing and record‑keeping skills necessary to provide accurate information for managers and supervisors regarding warehouse inventory
- Ability to problem‑solve quickly and prioritize daily tasks according to importance
- Customer‑service mentality to ensure a positive customer experience by shipping items to a high standard
