Education Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Must be literate, with strong communication and problem-solving skills to interpret schedules and complete state-required inspection documentation.
- Two or more years of experience operating a sit-down LP forklift preferred.
- Proven experience loading, unloading, and palletizing raw materials and finished product.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow a set schedule.
- Must successfully complete safety training before operating equipment independently.
- Ability to safely lift, carry, and move items of 100 lbs or more, manually or with equipment.
- Comfortable sitting and operating a forklift for extended periods.
- Able to work safely and courteously in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

- Load and unload materials on and off trucks.
- Complete state-required inspection sheets accurately and on time.
- Palletize outgoing product for shipment.
- Keep equipment clean, safe, and in good working order, reporting any problems to your supervisor immediately.
- Follow all safety rules and procedures.

As a Forklift Operator you will safely operate forklifts to load, unload, transport, stack, and organize materials throughout warehouse and manufacturing operations. You will inspect equipment before use, replenish inventory locations, support shipping and receiving activities, verify product movement, maintain inventory accuracy, and help ensure safe, efficient material handling throughout the facility.
The Forklift Operator plays an important role in warehouse and manufacturing operations by operating forklifts to support inventory movement and material handling. This position requires strong spatial awareness, attention to detail, and safe operating practices.
Successful Forklift Operator candidates understand warehouse workflows, equipment inspections, inventory procedures, and safe material handling while supporting productive daily operations. Consistent performance contributes directly to warehouse efficiency.
