West Chester , OH 45069 Pay: $18 Hours7:30am-4:o0pm Monday-Friday

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking General Labor / Pick & Pack Worker to support daily warehouse operations. This position is responsible for accurately picking and packing products, preparing orders for shipment, organizing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

• Pick products from warehouse locations according to customer orders.
• Pack products securely and accurately for shipment.
• Verify item numbers, quantities, and order information.
• Label packages and prepare orders for shipment.
• Load and unload boxes, materials, and products as needed.
• Sort, organize, and move inventory throughout the warehouse.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, and replenishing inventory.
• Perform general warehouse and housekeeping duties.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy expectations.
• Perform other general labor duties as assigned.

• Previous warehouse, pick/pack, manufacturing, or general labor experience preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, lifting, and moving materials throughout the shift.
